Victor (Vittorio) F. Parrella of Willow Grove, Pennsylvania died Sunday, August 26, 2018 at Abington Hospital Jefferson Health, from complications of Cancer. He was 91 years old. Victor was born June 10, 1927 in Montesarchio, Italy; he was a proud US Army Korean War Veteran; he was a Machine Shop Operator and Shop Steward and then later in his life he became an Abington Township School Crossing Guard, which he truly loved. He was a big fan of the Philadelphia Phillies and 76ers. He was active for many years in local politics. Most of all, his family was the most important thing to him. He was the Son of the late Remigio Parrella and the late Carmela Parrella (nee - Pirroni). Victor was a loving husband of 60 years to the late Frances (nee: Rossi); son in-law of the late Pasquale Rossi and Filomena (Antonacci) Rossi; beloved father of Patricia (Martin) Hubley, Carolynn Parrella, Victor Jr. (Maureen) Parrella, and Vincent (Penelope) Parrella; dear brother of Melinda (late Stephen) Fuchs, and the late Fury, Anna Dixon, and Rachel Primus; dear brother in law of Anna (Harry) Edwards, and the late Joan Rossi; beloved grandfather of Jesse (Suzanne) Hubley, Kourtney (John) Worthington, Jennifer (Harry) Kemps, Adam (Meghan) Hubley, Michael Callahan, Carlina (Rudy) Tancredi, Joshua Parrella, Olivia Parrella, and Elijah Parrella; beloved great-grandfather of Sarah, Maya, Carter, Dylan, Ava, Sadie, Alessia, Miles, Jackson, Adelina, and Freya; beloved uncle of Josephine (Nino) Tripodi, Luigi (Wanda) Ruocco, Gina (Gaetano) Ferrante, Rosemary (Fred) Frisone-Visser, James (Dana) Fuchs, Stephanie (Paul) Manieri, Marina (Chris) LoPorto, Stephen (Leah) Fox, James Parrella, Anthony Parrella, Stephen (Eileen) Sinibaldi, John Sinibaldi, and many great-nieces and nephews.
