On November 9, 2021, Theodora Victoria Anuskewicz Heesen, loving mother of six sons,  passed away at the age of 92.  Theodora (Teddy) was born on March 28, 1929 in Brooklyn, NY to Benjamin Theodore Heesen and Josephine Anuskewicz.  Theodora and her husband, Paul Heesen, raised six sons, Paul Jr.  Ben, Peter, Chris, Mark, and Tom.

Teddy received a B.A. degree from Marywood College in 1951, and served as a lieutenant  in the United States Army as part of the Women's Medical Specialist Corps. She then worked for decades as a physical therapist. She was an avid traveler for many years, traveling throughout the U.S., Central America, and Europe.  Those with whom she crossed paths often commented that Teddy was a strong, gracious, wonderful lady.

Teddy is survived by her six sons, four daughters-in-law, and four grandchildren.

Service and interment will be private.
