Russell C. Bell, age 67, of Willow Grove, formerly of Philadelphia, passed away on July 15, 2026, at his home. Russell was born in Philadelphia on August 14, 1958; dear son of the late Warren Bell and the late Gloria Bell (nee: West); beloved husband of Diane (nee: Boccella); loving father of Russell (Rebecca) and Christopher (Carlee) Bell; beloved grandfather of Abigail; dear brother of the late Warren and Gary Bell; also survived by his nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his visitation on Friday, July 24, 2026, from 1:00 to 3:00 pm., at the ANGELONE FUNERAL HOME, INC., 501 Easton Road Road, Willow Grove, PA  19090.
