Obituary

Raymond M. Subers, Age 58, of Montgomery Township died on March 25, 2018 after a courageous battle with non-Hodgkin lymphoma. He was the beloved husband of JeriBeth (nee Sullivant), devoted father of Raymond P., Benjamin and Alexander, and loving son of Raymond E. and the late Mary (nee Govan). He is also survived by his brothers, Ronald (Lisa), Gary (Renee), and Glenn (Melanie), as well as his in-laws, Ed and Helen Davis. Ray's life was defined by his devotion to family, his strong faith, and an amazing work ethic. He received an undergraduate degree and MBA from Drexel University, and spent the last 23 years as an insurance broker at Aon, where his colleagues and clients viewed him with respect and admiration. He cherished the time spent on family vacations, lounging by the pool at home, playing golf, and cheering on Philadelphia sports teams. As a lifelong Eagles fan, he was thrilled to watch them fly to their first Super Bowl victory. Ray will be remembered by his smile, his laugh, his courage and his ability to make everyone feel welcome, heard, and understood. Most of all, he will be remembered for his love and devotion to his wife, sons and extended family. A viewing will be held at Mary Mother of the Redeemer Church, 1325 Upper State Road, North Wales, PA on Monday, April 2nd from 5:30-8.30 p.m. A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, April 3rd at 11:00 a.m., preceded by visitation from 9:30 - 10:45 a.m. Interment will follow at St. John Neumann Cemetery.
