Phyllis D. Williams, age 88, passed away on November 24, 2022. Phyllis was born in Philadelphia on December 6, 1933; beloved wife of Carlos Williams; loving mother of Sabrina (late Walter) Dotson; also survived by her nieces and nephews;

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her visitation on Wednesday, November 30, 2022, from 10:00 to 11:00 am., followed by her Funeral Service at 11:00 am., at St. Raymond of Penafort Church, 1350 Vernon Road, Phila, PA  19150. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
