Panfilo Giammarco of Willow Grove, Pennsylvania died Tuesday, July 10, 2018 at Abington Hospital Jefferson Health. He was 82 years old. Panfilo was born February 17, 1936 in Abruzzo, Italy, son of the late Camillo Giammarco and the late Fenezia Giammarco (nee - Ventresca). He is the loving husband of Maria (nee: DiSomine); beloved father of Camillo (Dina) Giammarco and Carmela (Ben) Soboleski; dear brother of Tony Giammarco, Felicetta Franconi, and the late Giovanni Giammarco; beloved grandfather of Benjamin Soboleski, Diana Giammarco, Angela Giammarco, and the late Mark Giammarco.
Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing on Monday, July 16, 2018 from 9:00 to 10:30 A.M. at Angelone Funeral Home, 501 Easton Road, Willow Grove, PA 19090. His Funeral Mass will begin at 11:00 A.M. at St. David Church, 316 Easton Road, Willow Grove, PA 19090. His graveside service will follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, 3301 West Cheltenham Avenue, Cheltenham, PA 19038.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to American Cancer Society, 1626 Locust Street, Philadelphia, PA 19103 www.cancer.org.
