Obituary

Nicole Victoria Cottone Obenski, our beautiful warrior, passed away on November 12, 2019 surrounded by her devoted family. Nicole fought cancer for three years with such dignity and grace. She never let cancer change the loving person she was nor the remarkable way she treated others. Nicole lived her 35 years to the fullest and inspired everyone that crossed her path. Even her darkest days, she lit up the room with her beautiful smile and her selfless love.

Dearest daughter of Brian Cottone Sr. and Jeanne Cottone (nee - Spera). She is the dear daughter-in-law of Eleanor (nee: Rafferty) and the late Robert Obenski Sr.; beloved wife of Matthew; loving sister of Brian Jr. (Sherry Oller) Cottone and Brittany (Mark Farley) Cottone.


Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing on Monday, November 18, 2019 from 5:00 to 8:00 P.M. at Mary, Mother of the Redeemer Church, 1325 Upper State Road, North Wales, PA 19454. Relatives and friends are also invited to her viewing on Tuesday, November 19, 2019 from 10:00 A.M. and Funeral Mass at 11:00 A.M. at Mary, Mother of the Redeemer Church, 1325 Upper State Road, North Wales, PA 19454. Her graveside service will follow at St. John Neumann Cemetery, 3797 County Line Road, Chalfont, PA 18914.

"In the end it's not the years in your life that count; it's the life in your years." She will be dearly missed by countless friends, family, and students.
