Mario J. Speca, age 53, passed away on July 10, 2015; Mario was born in Philadelphia to the late Jerry and Josephine Speca and grew up in beautiful Roxborough. He is survived by his wife, Daniela Oliveri Speca, two daughters, Victoria & Olivia, and his brother Christopher, and wife, Jill Speca. He was a devoted husband; father, brother, son, and friend. Mario became an enthusiastic sports fan along with adoring the game of golf. Mario would play golf at any chance he had, whether it was with his brother, friends, or just showing up to be paired with a stranger. He enjoyed rooting for the Philadelphia Eagles, and Philadelphia Phillies as an endearing Philly sports fan. In his spare time, he enjoyed reading John Grisham novels, watching action and comedy movies, and television shows with his daughters. Mario also loved homemade cookies both his wife and mother made, and known to sneak a few that were intended for others. Mario would often spend Sunday mornings watching the famous "Three Stooges" and even visited their hall of fame with close friends.
