Marie E. Glynn "Nanny" (nee: Ippolito), age 88, of Colmar, formerly of South Philadelphia, passed away on December 22, 2022, at New Seasons at New Britain. Marie was born in South Philadelphia on September 10, 1933; dear daughter of the late Vincenzo Ippolito and the late Jenny Ippolito (nee: Ricci); beloved wife of the late John Glynn; loving mother of Marie (Daniel) Kane, Joanne Badolato, and Nicholas (Joan) Jefferes; dear sister of Fred (Anna) Ippolito, Frank (Gloria) Ippolito, and the late Florence (late Henry) DiFalco, Joseph (late Adele) Ippolito, Rose (late Sam) Meloni; Vincent (late Dolores) Ippolito; beloved grandmother of Jacqueline Kane; beloved great-grandmother of Lincoln John and Linda Margaret Shermer.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing on Wednesday, December 29, 2021, from 10:00 to 11:00 am., followed by her funeral Mass at 11:00 am., at St. Maria Goretti Church,  1601 Derstine Rd., Hatfield, PA 19440. Entombment Holy Cross cemetery in Yeadon.
