Louis J. Rota, age 84, of Glenside, passed away on December 8, 2023, at his home. Louis was born in Philadelphia on August 15, 1939; dear son of the late Andrew H. Rota and the late Mary Rota (nee: Abruscato); beloved husband of Sandy (nee: Buck); loving dad of Andrew (Cindy) Rota, Angela Rota, and Carrie (Christopher) McGurk; dear brother of the late Catherine (late Frank) Kryjer; beloved grandfather of Joseph (Amanda) Pompilii, Mathew Pompilii, Zachary Rota, Holly McGurk, and Caitlin McGurk; beloved great-grandfather of Joseph and Maura Pompilii;

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his visitation on Thursday, December 14, 2023, from 9:30 to 10:30 am., followed by his Funeral Mass at 10:30 am., at Queen of Peace Church, 820 North Hills Avenue, Ardsley, PA  19038. Military honors will follow Funeral Mass at Queen of Peace Church.
