Lawrence G. McGarvey, age 78, of Hatboro, formerly of Philadelphia, passed away on August 3, 2024, at Jefferson Abington Hospital. Lawrence was born in Philadelphia on December 12, 1945; dear son of the late William A. McGarvey and the late Aida McGarvey (nee: Riso); loving husband of Naomi (nee: Snell); beloved dad of Maria-Elena (Jack) Gablein, and the late Jennifer McGarvey; devoted Pop Pop of Victoria (Sean) Robinson, Christina, Daniella, and Julianna Gablein; beloved great Pop Pop of Leo and Madelyn Robinson.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing on Friday, August 9, 2024, from 9:30 to 11;00 am., followed by his funeral Mass at 11:00 am, at St. John Bosco Church, 215 E. County Line Road, Hatboro, PA  19040. Interment and Military Honors will take place at Our Lady of Grace Cemetery.
