Tulio, age 45, passed away on April 14, 2016; dear daughter of Stephen and the late Linda Nicolay; beloved wife of Dominic Tulio; loving mom of Dominic and Raylin Tulio; dear sister of Christopher and Jackie Nicolay; dear daughter-in-law of Alexis (nee: Tarsi) and Bruce Tulio. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her visitation on Wednesday morning from at 9:00 to 11:30 am., followed by her Memorial service at 11:30 am., at the
