Josephine Anna Verona-Yanni (Joanne Yanni), 84, of Three Springs, PA and Formerly of West Mt Airy, Philadelphia peacefully went to be with the LORD on January 16, 2019, at the Overly Meadows, Long Term Nursing Care Facility of the Fulton County Medical Center in McConnellsburg, PA. She was preceded in death by her parents Peter Verona and Nancy Lorenzo-Verona, her Sister Betty McQuiggan, Her husband Louis M Yanni Sr, and her 2 Sons Richard J Yanni and Mark A Yanni.  She is survived by her 3 Children, son Louis M Yanni II and his wife Mary From Three Springs, PA, Daughter Patti Yanni Longo and her Husband Niki From Wyndmoor, PA and Daughter Lisa Yanni from Yelm, Washington State. Also, a sister Carole Verona from Philadelphia. In addition to her children and sibling, she is survived by 8  grandchildren (1 deceased grandchild), 7 Great Grandchildren, as well as cousins, nieces, and nephews. She will be warmly remembered for her love of music, concerts, movies, live theater shows, Native American Pow-Wows, scrabble, Cajun festivals and dinning out whenever possible. A Memorial service is scheduled for Wednesday, January 23, 2019, starting at 11:00 am., at the Grace Lutheran Church, 801 E. Willow Grove Ave., Wyndmoor, PA 19038. In lieu of Flowers the family asks that donations of love be made to the Grace Lutheran Church of Wyndmoor, PA. Interment private.
