On December 26, 2016 God welcomed another Angel to heaven, Josephine "Jo" Schiavone. Josephine was noted for her many talents, including baking, cooking, knitting, crewel work and helping in many church functions. Her pride was baking for her family and friends, especially the children. Josephine was devoted to her Lord, Blessed Mother, and her faith and was an active member of St. David's Church and St. John of the Cross prayer group for many years.

She is the dearest daughter of the late Antonio and Maria (nee: Ambolino) Schiavone; beloved sister of Antoinette Schiavone Smith, and the late Mary Schiavone and Lucia Schiavone Altomare; loving aunt of Mary Elizabeth, Lisa, Michael, Karl (Deborah), and Paul (Deborah) Altomare, and Luciann (Thomas) Altomare Gavin; loving great-aunt of Deanna Altomare Teufel, Christopher, Alyssa, Amanda, Jessica, Anthony, and Rachael Altomare, and Erin and Matthew Gavin; loving great-great aunt of Brayden, Ashton, and Sienna.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Funeral Mass on Tuesday morning starting at 10:30 am., at St. Agnes Church, 445 N. Main St., Sellersville 18960. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. There will be a visitation on Tuesday morning from 9:30 to 10:30 am., at the Church.

The family of Jo want to express their heartfelt gratitude to the staff of the Lutheran Community at Telford for their loving care and kindness of our sister and aunt these past 9 years.
