Joanne Staines (nee: Smith), age 78, of Tamaqua, Pa, passed away on September 10, 2022; Joanne was born in the Germantown section of Philadelphia on September 20, 1943; dear daughter of the late William T. Smith and the late Josephine Smith (nee: Granese); beloved wife of Frank Staines Jr.; loving mother of Frank Staines III and Keith (Holly) Staines; dear sister of John and Gail Smith, and the late William T. Smith Jr.; beloved grandmother of Breanna Morgan, Samantha Wilkinson, Jacob Staines, Maraina Wilkinson, Nicholas Staines, and Zackary Staines; beloved great-grandmother of Luna Staines.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing on Monday, September 19, 2022, from 10:00 am. to 12:00 pm., followed by Catholic Services at 12:00 pm., at the ANGELONE FUNERAL HOME, INC., 501 Easton Road, Willow Grove, PA  19090 . Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
