Janet M.
Difrancesco
Dec 22, 1934 — May 31, 2024
Janet DiFrancesco, age 89, lovingly known as "Mommy" and "Mommom," passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family on May 31, 2024, at Pine Run Village Health Center in Doylestown.
Janet was an extraordinary woman who always put her family first, dedicating her life to caring for those she loved.
A devoted wife of 70 years, Janet took care of any and everything for her husband, ensuring their home was filled with love and warmth. Her children were her pride and joy; she adored them and was immensely proud of their accomplishments. She had a special bond with her grandchildren, sharing in their joys and milestones, from attending recitals and football games to helping raise them and singing "You Are My Sunshine." Janet felt so fortunate to be able to spend time with her great grandchildren. She cherished them, making memories through dancing, baking, and spending precious time together.
When she wasn't with her family, Janet found joy in cooking, particularly her famous Sunday gravy and tightly rolled meatballs, which became a family tradition. She also enjoyed visiting the casino, playing 3 card poker and the slots, relishing in the excitement and fun.
Janet DiFrancesco's legacy of love, care, and devotion to her family will forever be remembered. She leaves behind a lifetime of cherished memories and an example of selfless love that will continue to inspire her loved ones. Her spirit will live on in the hearts of all who were close to her.
She will be deeply missed but always remembered with love."
