Obituary

James Bressi, age 93, of Drums, PA, formerly of Hatboro and Germantown, PA, passed away on December 3, 2020, in Lehigh Valley Hospital in Hazlelton, PA; James was born on December 27, 1926, in Philadelphia, PA, to the late Vincenzo Bressi and the late Concetta Bressi (nee: Nuciforo) ; he is a proud United States Army veteran who served his country in WWII and continued his service as a civilian employee with the Naval Inventory Control Point, Philadelphia and was recognized with 22 years of honorable service to the U.S. Government.; he is survived by his wife of 71 years, Rose (nee: Bisignano); his two children, James Jr. (Joan) Bressi and Roseann (John Garside) Bressi; his grandchildren Nicole and Christopher Bressi; step-grandson, Brian Garside; pre-deceased by his siblings Anthony Bressi, Elizabeth Cimino, Carmella Cardona, Sylvia Bressi, Victoria Piantieri, Pasquale Bressi, Mary D'Ambrosio, and Frank Bressi.
Due to Covid -19 pandemic, a private service and Mass of Christian burial will take place Thursday at St. John Bosco Church, Warminster, PA. Military Honors by the United States Army will take place at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. A Life Celebration will be conducted at a future date for family and friends when safely possible.
