Gertrude A. Boyes died Saturday, March 17, 2018 at Gwynedd Square Center For Nursing. She was 97 years old. Gertrude was born February 20, 1921 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, daughter of the late William Salmon and the late Elizabeth Salmon (nee - Creeden). She is the beloved wife of the late Samuel; loving mother of the late Richard Boyes; beloved grandmother of Alicia (William) Gillard; beloved great-grandmother of Alexander; also survived by her many nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing on Tuesday, March 20, 2018 from 9:00 A.M. and Funeral Mass at 10:00 A.M. at St. William Church, 6200 Rising Sun Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19111. Her graveside service will follow at Hillside Cemetery, 2556 Susquehanna Road, Roslyn, PA 19001.
