Frank P. Staines Jr., age 83, of Tamaqua, PA, formerly of Philadelphia, passed away on July 13, 2025, at St. Luke's Hospital in Coaldale, PA. Frank was born in Philadelphia on November 10, 1941; dear son of the late Frank Staines Sr. and the late Pauline Staines; beloved husband of the late Joanne (nee: Smith); loving dad of Frank (Jennifer) Staines III and Keith (Holly) Staines; dear brother of Robert (Carol) Staines and Joannie Iannucci; beloved pop pop of Breanna Morgan, Samantha Wilkinson, Jacob Staines, Maraina Wilkinson, Nicholas Staines, and Zackary Staines; beloved great pop pop of Luna Staines.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing on Friday, July 25, 2025, from 10:00 am. to 12:00 pm., followed by his funeral service at 12:00 pm., at the ANGELONE FUNERAL HOME, INC., 501 Easton Road, Willow Grove, PA  19090 . Interment and Military Honors at Holy Sepulchre cemetery.
