Elsie R. DeCicco (nee: Prodorutti), age 83, of Willow Grove, PA, passed away on December 3, 2018; Elsie and her late husband Frank "Chick" were the former owners of the Chick and Elsie Deli in Willow Grove. Dear daughter of the late Leonard and Concetta (nee: Carchiola) Prodorutti; beloved wife of the late Frank; loving mother of Cathy (Kenny) Margraff, Lenny (Rosemary), Judy, and Frank (Lisa); dear sister of Charles (Joanne) Allander, and the late Maryann Newbauer; beloved grandmother of Elyse (Randy), KJ (Jes), Brian, Matthew (Tracie), Sophia, Jaxon,  Catherine, and Nicole; beloved great-grandmother of Joshua, Caleb, Adeline, and Gloria. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing on Friday morning from 9:00 to 11:00 am., followed by Catholic service at 11:00 am., at the ANGELONE FUNERAL HOME, INC., 501 Easton Road, PA 19090 . Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
