David A. Thompson passed away in his home in Warminster, Pennsylvania on Friday, August 10 ^th at the age of 65.

He is proceeded in death by his parents Robert and May Betty Thompson.

He is survived by his loving wife, Mary Ellen of 37 years. He is adoringly remembered by his daughters, Kaitlin and Andrea, his brother, Robert (Kim), and sister, Jean, brother-in-law John Moat (Grace), sister-in-law Laura Moat, niece, nephews, and many friends.

David was raised in Fairless Hills, Pennsylvania. He graduated from Jenkintown High School in 1971. He spent many summers in Long Beach Island, NJ.

He served 2 years active duty in the United States Navy as an air frames and powerplant mechanic on training jets in NAS Kingsville, Texas.

He generously shared his expertise on many topics with countless friends and family members.

David owned his own HVAC business, and was a Master Plumber for 30 years.

He was an avid outdoorsman when he was younger, and loved to bike, hike, rock climb, go caving, canoeing, and fishing.

The visitation will be held at Angelone Funeral Home, 501 N. Easton Rd. Willow Grove, PA on Saturday, August 18 ^th from 10 am – 12 pm. The funeral service will be held at 12:00 pm.. Interment to follow at Hillside Cemetery, 2556 Susquehanna Rd, Roslyn, PA at 12:45 pm.
