Constance "Connie" M. Angelone (nee: Crane), age 55, passed away peacefully into God's arms surrounded by her loving family on April 17, 2017; loving daughter of Anne (nee: Wilson) and the late Joseph Crane; most beloved wife of Mark; cherished mother of Mark, Michael and Matthew; dearest sister of Nancy (Jim) O'Neill, Joseph (Maria) Crane, Ellen Raso, Matthew (Michele) Crane, Pat (Mark) DiDonato, Cathy (John) DeLucca, Michael Crane, Terence (Lee) Crane, and Paul (Shelli) Crane; dear daughter in law of Len and the late Philomena Angelone; dear sister in law of Len and Lisa Angelone, and Lorraine Garoppo; also survived by her aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and her loving dog, Cali. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Funeral Mass on Saturday morning starting at 9:30 am., at Mary, Mother of the Redeemer Church, 1325 Upper State Rd., North Wales. Interment St. John Neumann Cemetery. There will be a viewing on Friday evening from 5:00 to 9:00 pm., at the Church (There will not be a viewing on Saturday morning). In lieu of flowers, donations in Connie's memory can be made to Central Association of the Miraculous Medal, 475 E. Chelten Ave., Phila (Germantown), PA 19144. www.cammonline.org
