Clare Conley, age 65, of Willow Grove, passed away on July 25, 2024 at Abington Hospital. Clare was born in Philadelphia on October 27, 1958; dear daughter of the late Edward Conley and the late Frances Conley (nee: Linnington); beloved wife of Keith Galbraith; loving mother of Gina Greco, Angela (Greg) Arnold, and Toni Greco; dear sister of Mary Conley, Patra Conley, and the late Kevin Conley; beloved grandmother of Kari Greco, Mariah Reid, Billy Birchfield, Edward Birchfield, Gianna Arnold, and Khione Hernandez.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her visitation on Saturday, August 3, 2024, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm., followed by words of remembrance at 12:00 pm., at the ANGELONE FUNERAL HOME, 501 Easton Road, Willow Grove, PA  19090 .
