Claire A. Esposito (nee McDonald) of Skippack, PA passed away on February 15, 2025, at Grand View Hospital with her husband and family by her side. She was 83.

Claire was the loving wife of Louis and a beloved mother to their children: John Azpell, Germaine Mullen (Matt), James Azpell (Connie), Carolyn Wander (Timothy), Louis Esposito (Colleen), and Stephanie Liedholm (Eric). Claire is survived by her 6 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren as well.

In addition, Claire was the devoted daughter of the late Leo and Mary McDonald and the dear sister of the late James V. McDonald (Caron), the late Rose M. Lutz (Joe), the late Kathleen Auletto (Gene), the late Margaret Murphy and the late Leo McDonald Jr. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.

Born in Philadelphia on April 1, 1941, Claire was a graduate of J. W. Hallahan Catholic Girls' High School (class of 1959). She was a devout and faithful communicant of St. Eleanor Church in Collegeville. Claire was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and aunt who will be deeply missed.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing on Tuesday, February 25, 2025, from 10 am to 12 noon followed directly by her Funeral Mass at 12:00 noon, at St. Eleanor Church, 647 Locust Street, Collegeville, PA 19426. Internment St. John Neumann Cemetery in Chalfont, PA.
