Barbara Eleanor Dilks (nee: Wojtowicz), age 81, formerly of East Falls and Fox Chase, passed away on October 26, 2024, at Cathedral Village in Andorra; Barbara was born in Philadelphia on April 3, 1943; dear daughter of the late Stanley Wojtowicz and the late Catherine Wojtowicz (nee: Cavanaugh); beloved wife of the late David Dilks; loving mother of Joseph (Kimberlee) DeFinis, Janine (Michael) Murphy, and Steven (Dorothy Stuart) DeFinis; dear sister of Virginia Campbell, and the late Jane (late Alan) Hutchinson, Mary (Jim) Whalen, Stanley (Joyce) Wojtowicz Jr., and Steven Wojtowicz; beloved grandmother of Nicole DeFinis, Jaclyn (Shane) DeFinis, Lauren Lepiane, Keith (Jessica) Myers, Alexandra DeFinis, Catherine Lepiane, Tyler Murphy, Isabella DeFinis, Samantha Myers, and Genevieve DeFinis; beloved great-grandmother of Vanessa and Nate Murphy.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Visitation on Wednesday, October 30, 2024, from 9:30 to 10:30 am., followed by her Funeral Mass at 10:30 am., at St. Bridgets Church, 3667 Midvale Avenue, Philadelphia (East Falls), PA  19129. Interment to take place at a later date.
