Arthur H. "Archie" Rodriguez Jr., age 93, of Roslyn, passed away at his home on February 28, 2018. Archie was a US Navy veteran, an active member of St. John of the Cross Church from 1957 until its recent closing, a member of the Abington/Roslyn townwatch, active with the Men of Malvern, and an active member of the Knights of Colombus; dear  son of the late Arthur Rodriguez Sr. and the late Philomena Rodriguez (nee - Verrechia); beloved husband of the late Claire (nee: Lutz) whom he was married to for 49 years before her death in 2000; loving father of Arthur "Roddy" (Cheryl) Rodriguez, Robert "Bobby" (Nancy) Rodriguez, Donna (Christopher) Stewart, and Christina "Tina" (Joseph) Hendrickson; dear brother of Mary (late Pat) Giannone, James Rodriguez, and the late Ernest (Virginia) Rodriguez; beloved grandfather of Arthur (Sarah) Rodriguez, Sheila (Sonny) Hancs, David (Sarah) Rodriguez, Joseph (Candice) Hendrickson, Colin Stewart, Russell (Danielle) Rodriguez, and Dillon Hendrickson; also survived by 8 great-grandchildren. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing on Tuesday evening from 7:00 to 9:00 Pm., at the ANGELONE FUNERAL HOME, INC., 501 Easton Rd. (Willow Grove, 215-659-0202) . There will also be a viewing on Wednesday morning from 9:30 to 10:30 am., at the Queen of Peace Church, 820 North Hills Ave., Ardsley, PA 19038, where his Funeral Mass will follow at 10:30 am., Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. donations in his memory can be made to the Queen of Peace Church at the above address or the Jefferson Health Homecare & Hospice, 2510 Maryland Rd., Willow Grove, PA  19090.
