Angelo D'Andrea passed away Sunday August 4, 2013, after a short battle with cancer. He just recently celebrated his 91st birthday. He was preceded in death by his wife Rose (Ventresca). The two would have celebrated 61 years of marriage on August 4th. He was also preceded by his parents Panfilo and Ernesta D'Andrea, his sister Yolanda Arioni and his brother Mario D'Andrea Sr. He is survived by his three children David D'Andrea (Lisa) of Philadelphia, Rosemary Showmaker (Don) of Warminster, and Angela McGovern (Greg) of Warrington. His eight grandchildren Nicholas, Eric (Kelly), Adam, Lindsay, Kady, Stacy, Sarah, and Robert. Guardian of Linda Gulite (Larry), Michael Ventresca (Nancy), Ceci Ciabattoni (Julio), Delores Mariani (Julio), and the late Rossana Ventresca. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, family, and friends. Angelo enjoyed working in his garden, Sunday breakfast with his buddies,and his meetings with his girls. After retiring at 65, Angelo continued doing his side jobs to keep himself busy. He prided himself in keeping the family close even after his wife's passing. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral Mass at 11am Thursday August 8th at St. Joseph's Church, 1795 Columbia Ave, Warrington. The viewing will be from 9:30 to 11:00 am.., at the Church. Interment will follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the United Cerebral Palsy of Philadelphia & Vicinity , 105 E. Mermaid Ln, Phila Pa 19118 in memory of Angelo D'Andrea.
